Yes. ExtractoCSV reads both digital PDFs and scanned bank statements.

Which banks are supported?

The converter supports the banks in our directory and other standard statement layouts. You do not need to choose a bank before uploading.

Do I need an account to see a result?

No. Upload your PDF and inspect the first-page preview before you enter your email.

What happens to my PDF?

An unclaimed preview expires after 30 minutes. After a successful full conversion, the source PDF is deleted and the output files remain in your private account.

Can I use the file in QuickBooks or Xero?

You can download CSV or Excel, review the rows, and map the columns in the import flow for your accounting product.

What if the PDF has a password?

Remove the password before using the public preview. Signed-in customers can use the protected-file conversion flow.
