ExtractoCSV is a tool built to make life easier for accountants, freelancers and businesses who need to convert bank statement PDFs to CSV and Excel.
Converting a bank statement should be simple. Yet most banks only offer downloadable PDFs — files that are impossible to analyse, search or import into accounting software without copying every transaction by hand.
ExtractoCSV solves that problem using AI to read the PDF and automatically extract all transactions, dates, amounts and references. The result is a clean CSV or Excel file ready to import into QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Holded, ContaSol or any spreadsheet.
The model is simple: you pay per page, no subscriptions or commitments. Whether you convert 10 pages a month or 10,000, you only pay for what you use. Files are processed securely and deleted after conversion — we never store banking information.
