Frequently asked questions
Which banks are supported?
ExtractoCSV supports 40+ banks across Mexico, Spain, France and Brazil — including BBVA, Banorte, Santander, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Itaú, Bradesco and Nubank. It also works with most PDF bank statements from other banks.
How does the credit system work?
Each page of your PDF uses 1 credit. You can buy the exact number of credits you need, starting from 5 pages. The more you buy, the lower the price per page.
Is it safe to upload my bank statement?
Yes. Your files are processed securely and deleted after conversion. We don't store any banking information.
What formats can I download?
You can download your transactions in CSV format (for any spreadsheet) or Excel (.xlsx).
How accurate is the conversion?
Accuracy depends on the bank and PDF quality. Digital statements (generated directly by the bank) work very well. Scanned paper PDFs may have more errors. If you find any issue, contact us and we'll help.
Can I convert old statements?
Yes, it works with any PDF bank statement, even scanned paper statements.
Is it compatible with accounting software like Holded, Sage or QuickBooks?
Yes. ExtractoCSV exports standard CSV and Excel files that import directly into Holded, ContaSol, Sage, A3 (Wolters Kluwer), QuickBooks, Xero and most accounting or bookkeeping software. Just download the file and upload it to your software.
Which countries and banks are supported?
ExtractoCSV supports banks in Mexico (BBVA, Banorte, Santander, HSBC, Citibanamex and more), Spain (CaixaBank, Sabadell, Bankinter, ING España and more), France (BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, LCL and more) and Brazil (Itaú, Bradesco, Nubank, Banco do Brasil and more).
