Service terms

What ExtractoCSV provides, how page credits work and what to check before using converted data. Updated November 1, 2026.

Document conversion

ExtractoCSV converts bank statement PDFs into CSV or Excel using AI extraction. The public preview accepts PDF files within its displayed size and page limits. Signed-in conversion also supports the file types shown on the upload form. Bank names describe document sources; ExtractoCSV is not the bank and does not sign in to your banking account.

Your documents and results

Use only documents you have permission to process. Keep your original statement. Check dates, signs, amounts, balances and column mappings before using any result in bookkeeping or importing it into another product. Scanned, unreadable or unusual layouts may produce errors or missing rows. Conversion is not accounting or tax advice.

Preview and page credits

The first-page preview is free. Full downloads require email sign-in and enough page credits. Pricing depends on the displayed currency and page quantity, with a five-page minimum purchase and no subscription. Check the current pricing page and checkout total before paying. Existing credits are used for eligible conversions. Contact support about billing mistakes or a failed conversion.

Files and support

Temporary uploads expire. Successful full conversion removes the source file while results remain private in the account, as explained on the privacy page. Save the downloads you need. Contact ExtractoCSV for conversion, billing or deletion questions; do not include bank passwords in support messages.
